Living
At the moment the dormitory has 98 single rooms in accommodation units. In each unit 7 students share the kitchen, bathroom and a big common room for home-like evenings.
On the 1st floor of the dormitory there are 8 small flats, each suitable for 2 people. The size of the flats varies between 25m² and 45m². Each studio has a large terrace.
All prices include electricity, overhead expenses, internet and parking spot. Single rooms in accomodation units are cleaned once a week, while common rooms, bathromms and kitchen are cleaned by the home’s cleaning staff twice a week.
Single Room in 7-person Suite
The 98 single rooms are located in accommodation units, in which the students share the kitchen, bathroom and a big common room.
Costs: € 360 / month from September 1st 2024 € 399 / month
Single Room in 3-person Suite Stenggstrasse
The single rooms in our off-site location on Stenggstrasse are a two-minute walk away (approx. 100-200m) from the hall of residence and share a spacious living room, kitchen and bath.
Costs: € 416-542 from September 1st 2024 € 440-550 /month
Studio
On the 1st floor of the dormitory there are 8 small flats, each suitable for 2 people. The size of the flats varies between 25m² and 45m².
Costs: € € 489–574 / month per Studio
Common Areas
All of the commmon areas can be used around the clock. You can concentrate in the quiet of the study room and relax on the roof terrace, in the garden or the television room. Additionally, we offer a music practise room and a spacious parking area.
